Harmin Kaur is the CEO and Founder of Stellaire, a brand and marketing agency focused on client engagement for financial institutions and lifestyle companies. With a 15-year career at Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs, she began in talent management before moving into private wealth management, a rare progression that informs her nuanced approach to leadership, relationships, and client engagement.

Since founding Stellaire in 2023, she has led high-impact collaborations with leading brands, institutions, and cultural icons. Her portfolio includes projects with DBS Bank, Bank of Singapore, Pierre Hermé Paris, and National Gallery Singapore. Her work is rooted in the belief that culture, ideas, and human connection create stronger engagement and more meaningful experiences. Through Stellaire's community platform and its flagship Stellaire Conversations series, she brings together business, policy, and cultural leaders for intimate, thought-provoking dialogues on the issues shaping the future.

Beyond Stellaire, Harmin contributes to the broader business and entrepreneurial ecosystem. She serves on the jury for the France–Singapore Business Awards 2026, organised by the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, and is the Co-Founder of Women Venture Asia, a platform advancing entrepreneurship and leadership through strategic partnerships, curated conversations, and ecosystem building. She mentors future leaders through the National University of Singapore's Women in Business programme and the Young Women's Leadership Connection (YWLC), and was featured on the cover of The Peak magazine for her work advancing women's leadership and entrepreneurship.

A passionate advocate for the culinary arts and cultural preservation, Harmin has interviewed legendary chefs and curated editorial content featured in leading publications. She serves on the Tatler Dining Review Panel, is a tastemaker for Tatler Asia's 100 Best, and in 2025 was promoted to Officier of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne.

Her work across culture, business, and community building has earned recognition on Prestige Singapore's Women of Power List and the ICON List in 2024.
